Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

We would like to share an important update regarding a matter that has recently affected a number of our Maison Oui boutique clients.

Maison Oui’s boutique operations in Melbourne, together with social media marketing, have been managed through a separate entity, Glauca Pty Ltd. We are currently in the process of carefully reviewing and resolving matters arising from that arrangement.

At present, we have identified that some completed client gowns, which were previously handed over prior to the departure of a Boutique and Marketing Manager of Maison Oui, are not currently within our direct control. We are actively working through the appropriate legal and operational processes to restore clarity and access as soon as possible.

In addition, some of our digital and social media platforms, which were managed through the same separate entity, are currently not under our direct control. Our legal team is actively engaged and working with the relevant providers to secure and restore full access as a matter of urgency.

At this stage, this matter relates to the retail segment only and does not impact our wholesale operations or our stockists. All wholesale orders and production continue as normal.

Due to legal and privacy considerations, we are unable to comment on specific individuals or circumstances at this time.

While these matters relate to retail transactions managed through a separate entity, our focus remains on supporting our clients through this situation. Where possible, we are stepping in to assist in reviewing each case and identifying appropriate solutions with care and consideration.

Our priority remains with you. We understand the importance of each gown, particularly for such meaningful moments, and we are committed to supporting every affected client with care and attention.

We are currently reviewing each case individually and will continue to provide appropriate support wherever possible.
