WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?
AU$2,500 - AU$6,000.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
An appointment is essential. Your first appointment typically runs between 50 to 60 minutes with an experienced stylist to assist you with finding your dream day look.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?
Maison Oui charges a $35 appointment fee which is redeemable toward the purchase of your gown on the day of your appointment.
Should you require a follow-up appointment, a further $35 appointment fee is to be paid, with the accumulated amount of fees eligible for redemption towards the purchase of your gown on the day of your follow-up appointment.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We advise that you bring no more than 3 guests to your appointment due to the space available within our bridal suites. You will also appreciate the focused opinions of your closest and most trusted friends and family.
DO YOU ALLOW PHOTOS IN YOUR BOUTIQUE?
We ask you to remember that photos taken by phone instore may not always capture the true beauty of the gown you love, however, your stylist on the day will be more than happy to assist you with taking photos of yourself in your favourite gown.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY GOWN?
We recommend ordering your gown 6 to 12 months from your wedding date to ensure sufficient production time and alterations.
WHAT IF I AM GETTING MARRIED SOON?
We can accommodate rush orders, however, this option may incur an additional fee. If your wedding date is a little sooner, email us to find out more about our rush options prior to booking your appointment.
DO YOU OFFER STYLE MODIFICATIONS?
We are able to make small modifications to all made-to-order designs such as a higher or lower neckline or extending skirt lengths. For specific requests, please discuss this with your stylist during your appointment.
WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Most wedding gowns will require alterations to ensure the perfect fit on your special day. We would be more than happy to make suggestions on areas which may need alterations, however, alterations are to be made at the sole discretion of the bride and alteration costs are to be covered by the bride. Please get in touch with a reputable alterations company to avoid disappointment.
WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?
A Trunk Show is a special event hosted by a bridal boutique to feature a visiting range of gowns from a designer's collection, for a limited time. Styles often belong to a newly released collection and may not be available to try on again at the boutique for a while. There are often special discounts on offer so be prepared to commit to your dream day look at a Trunk Show event.
